Invoices
Every stay gets a numbered PDF invoice, with VAT broken down by rate and the tourist tax shown separately. Issue it from the booking, the day after check-out or as soon as the stay is paid, and it lands in your guest's inbox automatically.
Verified reviews
After check-out, guests are invited by e-mail to review their stay. Only real guests can post, nothing goes live until you approve it, and you can reply publicly. Your rating sits on your own site, so visitors don't wander off to a booking platform to read reviews, and book there instead.
Reports
See occupancy, room revenue, average daily rate and RevPAR for any period, broken down by room type and by booking source. Spot quiet weeks early, and find out which channels really pay off.
Payments with WooCommerce
Already running WooCommerce? Offer every payment gateway you've set up there, from local cards and bank payments to mobile money and pay-later options. Rooms are held while the guest pays, and refunds go back through the same gateway.
Currencies
Visitors pick their currency and see your rates converted at the European Central Bank's daily rates, or at rates you set yourself. They still pay in your currency, so there's nothing to reconcile at the end of the month.
Activities
Offer excursions, classes or tastings with dates, times and a set number of places. Guests add them to their stay at checkout, or book them on their own from the activity's page.

Getting started
Add Pandao Booking from Plugins › Add New in your dashboard, then set up your rooms and rates.
Buy a licence, download Pandao Booking Pro and upload it to your site. Your rooms, rates and bookings stay as they are.
Enter your licence key, then turn modules on or off in Booking › Settings › Modules.
Very soon: Pro goes on sale as soon as the free Pandao Booking plugin is published on WordPress.org. In the meantime, you can try every Pro feature on the live demo.
Yes. Pro adds modules to Pandao Booking, which is free on WordPress.org. Install both: your rooms, rates and bookings stay where they are when you upgrade.
Everything keeps working. Your licence gives you a year of updates and support; renew whenever you want them again.
No. Guests pay you directly, through your own Stripe or PayPal account or your WooCommerce gateways. We never take a cut.
Yes. Every Pro feature is on the live demo, on the site and in the dashboard (username admin, password admin123). And if Pro isn't right for you, the 30-day money-back guarantee has you covered.
Yes. Deactivate it in Booking › Pro license on the old site, then enter your key on the new one. Development sites on your own computer don't count towards your limit.
Any gateway available for WooCommerce that takes payments online, as long as WooCommerce uses the same currency as your booking site. Bank transfers, cheques and payment on arrival are already handled by the free plugin.
They carry the details EU invoicing rules ask for: a sequential number, the property's and the guest's details, prices before VAT, VAT by rate and the total, with the tourist tax kept outside VAT. Your accountant knows your local requirements best, so do check with them.
Freemius, our reseller, handles the checkout, the invoices for your purchase and the VAT. Prices are in US dollars; VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
