What's included
Everything you need to take bookings online, free and with no time limit. Turn on the modules you need in Booking › Settings › Modules.
Rates & seasons
Set your prices once, then fine-tune by season. Each accommodation type gets a rate calendar: nightly rates by period and day of the week, extra-adult and child prices, and stay rules such as a minimum stay or no arrivals on certain days.
Search & availability
Live availability your guests can trust. Guests search by dates, adults and children's ages. They only see what's free for their stay, with the total price, and nearby dates when you're full.
Booking form
A checkout that sells your extras: guest details, extras, promo code and payment method on a single page. Every price is worked out on your server, so guests always pay your real rates.
Payments
Get paid your way. Take card payments through Stripe and PayPal on their secure checkout pages, or let guests pay on arrival, by bank transfer or by cheque. Ask for a deposit by a deadline, with an automatic reminder.
Front desk
Every booking in one place: see arrivals, departures and every stay, room by room. Drag a booking to another room of the same type, or click and drag over free nights to take a phone booking.
Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo
Avoid double bookings: connect each room to its listings through iCal. Bookings taken on Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, and events in your Google Calendar, block your dates; your bookings block theirs.
Guest experience
Every guest gets a confirmation email and a page for their booking: status, payments, balance due, and online cancellation while it's still free.

Getting started
Download Pandao Booking, then upload it in Plugins › Add New Plugin › Upload Plugin and activate it.
In Booking › Settings, enter your contact details, currency, check-in times and how bookings are confirmed and paid.
Create your accommodation types and their units, then set your prices for each season in Booking › Rates.
The plugin creates its booking pages: add the Accommodation page to your menu and the booking search block to your home page.
Yes. It's free under the GPL, with no time limit, no cap on bookings and no locked features. Pandao Booking Pro is an optional paid plugin that adds invoices, verified guest reviews, revenue reports, WooCommerce payments, multi-currency prices and activities.
No. Guests pay you directly, through your own Stripe or PayPal account, by bank transfer or on arrival. You only pay your payment provider's usual fees.
Yes, with the Calendar sync module, through iCal. Each room gets its own calendar link to add to Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, and you paste their link in return. Your site reads their calendars every 30 minutes; each platform reads yours on its own schedule, which can take a few hours, so the same nights can briefly be booked twice. Booking.com usually offers iCal sync only for listings with a single unit, such as a holiday home: a room type sold as several identical rooms needs a channel manager there. Yes. A holiday home is an accommodation type with a single unit; a B&B is a few rooms, with breakfast as an extra. You choose instant confirmation or booking on request, and payment online, by deposit or on arrival.

Yes. Every part of the booking flow is a block and a shortcode, styled only inside its own container, with your theme's fonts. Pick a main and an accent colour in Booking › Settings › Appearance, or switch to your theme's own styles.
It's under review for the WordPress.org plugin directory. Download it here in the meantime: once it's listed, its updates show in your dashboard like any other plugin's, as it's the same plugin.
