Yes, with the Calendar sync module, through iCal. Each room gets its own calendar link to add to Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, and you paste their link in return. Your site reads their calendars every 30 minutes; each platform reads yours on its own schedule, which can take a few hours, so the same nights can briefly be booked twice. Booking.com usually offers iCal sync only for listings with a single unit, such as a holiday home: a room type sold as several identical rooms needs a channel manager there. Yes. A holiday home is an accommodation type with a single unit; a B&B is a few rooms, with breakfast as an extra. You choose instant confirmation or booking on request, and payment online, by deposit or on arrival.
