Edit content with one tab per language and follow recent changes on the dashboard. Drafts are saved as you type. Restore deleted content from the trash and prevent simultaneous edits with editing locks.

Upgrading from version 7
Install version 8 as a new site alongside your version 7 site, then import from Settings in a few clicks: languages, pages, articles, menus, widgets, slides, media, comments, messages, accounts, text and settings. Page URLs are preserved. The importer only reads your old site, which stays available until you point your domain to the new one.
Frequently asked questions
Why won't the installation wizard open, or why do all pages show “Not found”?
Check that the .htaccess files were uploaded. They are hidden, so enable “show hidden files” in your FTP client. If they are present, ask your host to enable mod_rewrite and allow .htaccess files with AllowOverride All. On IIS, URL Rewrite uses the web.config file.
Why do I get a blank page or a “500 error”?
Check that your PHP version and extensions meet the requirements, then look at the PHP error log in your hosting panel. To display the error temporarily, add define('PMS_DEBUG', 1); to config/config.php. Remove it once you have identified the issue.
Why are e-mails not being delivered?
Enter your mailbox’s SMTP settings in Settings › Email settings and use a sender address on your own domain. Check the recipient’s spam folder too. SPF and DKIM records for your domain help improve delivery.
How do I move my version 7 site to version 8?
Install version 8 alongside your version 7 site, on the same hosting account, with a new, empty database. Open Settings › Database › Import a Pandao CMS 7 site to transfer content, accounts, media and settings while preserving page URLs. The importer only reads the old site and does not change it. Follow the step-by-step documentation.
How can I find the cause of a problem?
Open the Diagnostic screen in the admin panel. It checks PHP, the database, the server and automatic tasks, then provides a report you can paste into your support request. The report contains no passwords. See Diagnostic for details.
Can my Pandao CMS website accept property bookings?
Yes. Install Panda Resort Add-on for a single hotel, resort or guest house, or Multi Resorts Add-on for several properties, through the Extensions page. Both add rooms, rates, online bookings and payments, calendar synchronisation and guest reviews. Your existing content stays in place; booking pages and blocks appear when you publish your first property.
