Panda Resort changelog

Version 9

9.4.1 17 October 2026

• fix With Pandao CMS 8.4.1, whose installation wizard accepts database names that contain a hyphen, as some hosts create them

9.4.0 14 October 2026

• new With Pandao CMS 8.4.0 and its new page builder, PageFlow 2: pages are edited as the site shows them, on a computer, a tablet or a phone, with settings for each block, ready-made sections, layers, undo and copy-paste
• new The new logo of Panda Resort, on a new site
• fix The sign-up form of the My account page speaks the language of the site, and says why it refuses a sign-up: a password under 12 characters, a failed anti-robot check, or too many sign-ups in an hour
• fix The site keeps a single home page, chosen with the house icon in the list of pages, after a confirmation
• fix The settings now ask for reCAPTCHA v3 keys: with v2 keys, every protected form is refused, bookings included

9.3.0 7 October 2026

• fix With Pandao CMS 8.3.0: every page opens on the hosts that run PHP as CGI or FastCGI, where only the home page did
• fix A booking request, in a hotel that confirms each booking itself, is no longer sent to the payment page: the prepayment is asked once the hotel accepts the request

9.2.0 4 October 2026

• new Complete rewrite as an extension of Pandao CMS 8, for PHP 8.2 to 8.5, on the booking engine of Panda Multi Resorts 9.2.0, with Pandao CMS 8.2.1 in the package
• new A Rooms page that shows your hotel and every room with its offers, at the address of Panda Resort 8, and a home page whose stay search leads to it
• new Rates calendar, seasons with the copy of a season, guests and children by age, rate plans with their promotion dates
• new Booking of several rooms and offers at once, all-inclusive prices, services and activities, promo codes
• new Stripe Checkout and PayPal, deposits, holds and reminders, online cancellation with refunds
• new Planning, booking editor for the bookings taken at the desk, requests when full
• new Platform calendars (iCal) room by room, with conflicts and alerts
• new Verified guest reviews and customer accounts
• new Currencies at the rates of the European Central Bank, maps without Google, right-to-left languages
• new A new theme in the colours of Panda Resort, widgets for the home page, a complete demo content
• new Import of a Panda Resort 4 to 8 site, passwords of the customers and addresses of the pages included
• new Diagnostic screen and automatic tasks run by the visits when there is no cron job
• new The move up to Panda Multi Resorts, with the files of its add-on, when you sell several properties
• note Panda Resort is also sold alone, as an add-on for a website of Pandao CMS 8.2 or later
