A responsive map with category filters to help visitors find nearby shops, services and points of interest.
Load places from a JSON file or embed them in the page, then add your own filters. The map shows matching markers, clusters them as visitors zoom out, and lists places by distance from the map centre, a searched address or the visitor’s location.
Choose a classic or compact layout, customise marker icons, filter by radius and apply map styles from Snazzy Maps. Show distances in kilometres or miles.

Address and radius search
Let visitors centre the map on an address, choose a search radius or use their current location.
Clear results
List places by distance and highlight the matching result when a visitor clicks a marker. Each place has an info window with customisable content.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the map not load, with an API key error in the console?
Google Maps requires an API key. Create one in the Google Cloud console with the Maps JavaScript API and Places API enabled, then add it to the Google Maps script as shown in the plugin documentation.
Why are no markers displayed?
With request: 'strict', a place must match every selected filter. Check that there are places in the selected categories and that no dropdown is left on its default value.
